Butler automotive has kind caring mechanics that do know what they are doing. The only complaint I have is their pricing. If your rich, I highly recommend. If your poor like me, better get a second job. The people are good people, they care about you and your car, overall I would recommend.

Extremely personable, informative service writers. Was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change on our Macan. Work was performed expediently and accurately at an extremely fair price. Will unquestionably use this location for future needs as they arise.

My car was diagnosed and supposedly fixed, 1 year later I’m experiencing the same issue as before. Not a happy customer. To be honest, 2 weeks later after the fix is when the issue started again. I decided not to take my vehicle back, if it wasn’t fixed the first time, I was not wasting my time bringing it back. Thanks, but no thanks!!

As we go about our busy lives, it is easy to forget or overlook people and businesses who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. Butler Automotive is one such business. I would recommend Butler to both friends and strangers. Any guests in town during the second week in April who happen to require vehicle service, would do well to ‘Let the Butler’ handle your automotive needs.
